VERY HOT. VERY MESSY. takes you on a grungy gondola trip through the kaleidoscopic sewers of Hollywood. After a VERY public embarrassment on what was meant to be the night of her dreams, 'Hot Mess' goes on a journey through the drains of shame and self-discovery to find her place in the world.

Poses are struck, bowels are loose and dreams are crushed faster than you can say nepotism. Part absurd clown, part catwalk diva: this remarkably eccentric character celebrates the often disastrous reality of being human.

Taking unfiltered inspiration from Polly-Taylor's experience living with chronic illness, this work finds humour in what it means to be a woman in the public eye, dancing with the dissonant duality of perfection and authenticity.
